I have done my best to keep you all up to date on my cancer progress. I have one more goal for this year. You are also aware that I ride with a group called Project Hero. They have Challenge Rides (400+ Miles), and Honor Rides (day trips) in various places throughout the year. The last ride they offer is the Las Vegas Honor Ride on Veterans Day Weekend - a very appropriate date, as this is a Veterans/First Responder organization.

To make a short story long, I am signed up for the short (19 mile) ride this year. I will be released by the Doctor "soon" to begin riding and I am confident I will be able to make this ride.

I am challenging myself to participate in Project Hero's Las Vegas Honor Ride on November 12 in support of injured veterans and first responders. This event helps provide recovery, rehabilitation and reintegration services to healing heroes across the country through life-changing programs that improve their mental and physical health and wellness. Please donate and help us save lives by restoring hope and purpose for those who have served.
