I have done my best to keep you all up to date on my cancer progress  I am still clean! Part of my "treatment" is my clycletherapy, I recently completed a 400 mile, six day ride from St. Paul, MN to Madison, WI with Project Hero.  Many of you supported me on that ride, I wish I could tell you how much that means!

Once again, I am planning to ride the Las Vegas Honor Ride on Veterans Day Weekend, November 9th - a very appropriate date, as this is a Veterans/First Responder organization.  This ride has become very important to me as it was the first ride I was able to do after my last surgery a couple years ago.  To make a short story long, I am signed up for the 57 mile ride this year. 

This event helps provide recovery, rehabilitation and reintegration services to healing heroes across the country through life-changing programs that improve their mental and physical health and wellness. Please donate and help us save lives by restoring hope and purpose for those who have served.
