On February 8th 2025 I’ll participate in my 5th PROJECT HERO HONOR RIDE.  

PROJECT HERO supports Veterans and First Responders recovering from both physical and mental health conditions by providing adaptive cycles taylored to the needs of individual riders and by fostering a sense of community and personal strength through organized group rides.

I participate in this event to honor the service and sacrifice of Veterans like my father, other members of our extended family currently serving both state-side and abroad, and the hundreds of veterans I had the privilege of serving during my 40-year tenure at the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System..
